Our Magnolia location only schedules free CPR + First Aid classes for groups of 10 or more off-site.

If you are an individual looking to take a free CPR + First Aid class, you may register for one of the upcoming classes at our Cypress location.
New COVID-19 Class Procedures
We have adapted our CPR + First Aid classes to follow CDC guidelines. Please review the following procedures carefully.
Up to 35 people can attend each CPR + First Aid class.
Each person must pre-register for the class they are interested in taking.
Classes will be split into two parts. The first part will be a virtual class that is approximately 3.5 hours long and attended virtually via a GoToMeeting. The second part will be an in-person skills assessment that is approximately 15 minutes long and will be held either at your business or organization or at our Cypress Medical Center. Both segments are taught and reviewed by a certified instructor.
When you sign-up for your class you will be assigned a time anywhere from 2-5pm the same day of your class to come take your in-person skills assessment. Four people can take the skills assessment at one time. This part takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Each person must sign into the virtual training session on their own phone or their own computer to be counted as present. No sharing is allowed.
In order to receive your CPR + First Aid certificate you must complete both the go-to virtual training class as well as the in-person skills assessment.
All participants must bring a mask with them to the in-person skills assessment and wear it at all times. Gloves are required at all times as well. Gloves will be provided for you when you arrive to take your skills assessment.
We ask that you please bring a canned good to your skills assessment for donation to a local food bank.

ANDREW S. BUTLER, M.D. MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Butler trained at University of Cincinnati’s prestigious emergency medicine residency program and with almost a decade of experience as a practicing ER board-certified doctor, Dr. Butler is fully prepared to handle anything that comes through our doors. His friendly smile and gentle demeanor put every patient completely at ease.
RICK G. LORENTZ, M.D.
Always steady as a rock, there is no emergency situation that rattles Dr. Lorentz. His straight to business, no-nonsense clinical style and friendly bedside manner match his abilities to keep a calm and level head during the chaos of the emergency room. With tens of thousands of hours in the ER and a background in trauma surgery, Dr. Lorentz’s vast clinical skills are a valuable asset to America’s ER.
ANITA BANGALE, M.D.
Dr. Bangale is a native Texan, born and brought up in Fort Worth. She attended Rice University and completed her residency training in Washington D.C. at George Washington University. She has spent over 11 years practicing Emergency Medicine and has a unique ability to connect with her patients. She is passionate about taking care of patients as if they are family and exudes compassion and kindness in her interactions.
She is a proud mother of three girls and spends her free time exploring parks and trails with her family. Dr. Bangale continues her childhood hobbies of dancing, cooking and gardening and is usually busy planning her next international trip.
For children or the young at heart, our Magnolia & Woodlands location features a soothing underwater themed pediatric room featuring our friendly ER octopus named Bubbles.

You ignored all the warnings and fell off the ladder no one was holding steady for you. You caught your toe in the lawn mower when you were wearing flipflops to do the chore.
